Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities related to IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and pricing
Handle purchase orders, quotations, and invoice processing
Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of hardware to clients
Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, stock, and operations
Maintain documentation for warranty, AMC, and service records
Resolve operational and supply chain issues efficiently
Support the sales team with product availability and order status
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in the IT hardware industry
Good knowledge of IT hardware products and accessories
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Basic understanding of GST billing and invoicing
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or inventory management software
Knowledge of vendor management and the procurement process
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset
