About Company:
Flink Solutions is a Bengaluru based Talent Screening Services company that caters to corporates in India. We offer a comprehensive suite of service elements such as Background Verification, Interview as a Service(IAAS), Skill Assessments, Psychometric Assessments and Leadership Capability Assessments.
Role:
Processing of information and documents required to conduct BGV during the onboarding process
Experience: 0-1 Years in any domestic voice / non voice BPO, fresher’s can also apply
Responsibilities:
Ø Creation of candidate profiles in the software application
Ø Hold telephonic conversations with the candidates and explain them the procedure involved in the submission of documents needed for the BGV process
Ø Email and telephonic co-ordination with companies
Ø Maintain daily tracker of the activities performed
Ø Generate and submit various MIS reports
Candidate Profile:
Any graduate or PU passed candidates having good communication skills in English and basic computer literacy(MS Word & Excel, emails etc.), knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage.
