Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company scripts and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & listening).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional regional languages preferred).
