Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive – Immigration to manage end-to-end immigration case processing. The role involves documentation, coordination with clients and internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of immigration applications in compliance with immigration laws and guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of immigration cases

• Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements

• Prepare and review applications, forms, and supporting documents

• Coordinate with clients to resolve documentation gaps and queries

• Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-ups with authorities where applicable

• Maintain accurate case records and update status in CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with sales counsellors for smooth client handover

• Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and procedural changes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations
