Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Generate new business leads through calls, follow-ups, and coordination
Manage driver hiring, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain proper communication with drivers and ensure smooth operations
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as record keeping, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups
