Operation Executive

Company: Lime Tree Hotels and Service Apartments Pvt. Ltd.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (As per interview and experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across all hotel and service apartment units. The candidate will act as a central point of communication between all hotel and apartment managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with all hotel and apartment managers for smooth daily operations.

•Act as a single point of contact between management and vendors.

•Ensure timely resolution of operational issues across properties.

•Monitor daily activities and follow up on pending tasks.

•Handle vendor coordination for maintenance, supplies, and services.

•Identify problems and take immediate corrective action.

•Maintain proper communication between different departments.

•Ensure operational standards and service quality are maintained.

•Support management in implementing operational improvements.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
