The Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of services/products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring processes, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics, production, etc.)
Monitor operational performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Manage documentation, data entry, and operational records
Handle vendor/client coordination as required
Support inventory, procurement, or dispatch activities (if applicable)
Assist management with planning and execution of operational strategies
