Operation Executive

We are looking for a responsible operations executive to manage interior project sites and coordinate day-to-day operations. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects, coordinate with vendors and workers, and maintain project quality and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior design work at project sites.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other vendors.

• Ensure work is executed as per design drawings and project timelines.

• Monitor daily site activities and update management on progress.

• Manage material delivery, stock, and site requirements.

• Handle client coordination and provide site updates.

• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues.

• Manage labour teams and ensure smooth workflow at site.

• Assist in project completion and final handover.

• Support company events, exhibitions, and promotional setups when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any field (Interior / Civil preferred).

• 1–3 years experience in interior projects or site supervision.

• Basic knowledge of interior materials and site work.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets, and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients.

• Ensure smooth execution during events.

• Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

• Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
