For Fresher’s: We have a committed slab for the first 6 Month

What are We looking from Fresher’s:

UG or PG from Computer Science background or MBA Graduation candidates

Year of Pass out: 2024 onwards

Good Written & Oral communication in English

Experience in MS Office(MS Excel & MS Word)

Interested to learn new technologies

Passionate to bring change in other people’s career

Spoken Hindi would be an added advantage

Job Roles & Responsibilities: On Job training would be provided for the Fresher’s

End to End IT Recruitment:-

Understanding the different job descriptions.

Sourcing the suitable candidate thru Social Networking channels, References, Job Portals, etc.,

Connecting with the suitable candidates and checking their interests and details.

Scheduling & Following-up for the interviews.

Follow-up the selected candidates till they are on boarded.

Maintaining the tracker and updating the respective tower leads.
