Key Responsibilities:

1. Staffing and Requirements Management:

   • Identify staffing requirements from the principal employer and provide appropriate personnel based on the demand.

   • Collaborate with team leads (TLs) and supervisors to ensure adequate staffing levels.

   • Track and monitor staff performance and availability for optimal deployment.

2. Attendance and Reporting:

   • Track daily attendance and ensure accuracy in reporting.

   • Mark attendance and provide replacements for absent staff proactively.

   • Prepare and send daily attendance reports to the MIS team and Operations Manager.

3. Coordination and Communication:

   • Act as a liaison between the principal employer and internal teams to address operational needs.

   • Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring seamless service delivery.

   • Reconcile monthly attendance and reports with the principal employer's team leads.

4. Staff Training and Development:

   • Train staff on operational standards and expectations.

   • Conduct periodic refreshers to ensure staff compliance with organizational SOPs.

5. Operational Efficiency:

   • Monitor staff movements and ensure timely replacements as needed.

   • Work closely with supervisors to maintain service quality and adherence to protocols.

   • Implement checklists, processes, and KPIs to optimize operations.

6. Problem-Solving and Proactive Management:

   • Anticipate potential challenges in operations and implement preventive measures.

   • Address and resolve issues reported by the client or internal teams promptly.
