Responsibilities:

• Process and dispatch daily orders across all marketplaces and our D2C site (pick, pack, label, courier handover), including a pre-dispatch QC check

• Coordinate with courier partners on pickups, delays, and weight/dimension disputes

• Manage inventory: stock-in, stock counts, reconciliation across warehouse and marketplace panels

• Keep stock counts synced and updated across Amazon/Flipkart/JioMart and own website panels

• Handle returns and RTO parcels — inspection, restocking or damage flagging, and photographing damaged/incorrect returns for courier dispute claims

• Order and track packaging consumables (boxes, tape, labels, bubble wrap)

• Flag low-stock thresholds on finished goods to founders

• Maintain daily dispatch/inventory records in Zoho books and Excel

• Log expenses and organize invoices for basic book keeping

• Track COD remittances and courier payment reconciliation

• Share a daily/weekly ops summary with the founders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce dispatch, or logistics (D2C/marketplace experience preferred)

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; Zoho is a plus

• Familiarity with Shiprocket, Delhivery, or marketplace seller panels (Amazon/Flipkart) is a strong plus

• Trustworthy, organized, comfortable working with minimal daily supervision

• Willing to work 6 days/week from the warehouse

What We Offer:

• ₹15,000–₹18,000/month, based on experience.
