Create, update, and maintain SKUs in ERP and OMS systems.
Ensure accuracy of product attributes, categorization, pricing, and vendor codes.
Generate, validate, and share sales and master data files with stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendor teams for item details, corrections, and updates.
Resolve listing, onboarding, and ERP sync issues in coordination with vendor support and IT teams.
Identify and troubleshoot listing errors and data mismatches across systems.
Maintain accurate master data across ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms.
Collaborate with IT, sales, and warehouse teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or service industry.
Strong working knowledge of ERP, OMS, and WMS systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
High attention to data accuracy and detail.
Good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under tight timelines and operational pressure.
