Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in background verification or similar operational roles.
Strong understanding of BGV processes (employment, education, address, police verification, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Typing speed of 25–30 WPM with 98%+ accuracy is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and confidentiality practices.
