Job Description – Relationship Manager / Operations Manager

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Location: Malad

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.

• Maintain operational standards and support overall centre administration.

2. Coordination with Sales & Academics

• Coordinate with Sales and Academic teams for admissions, batch scheduling, and student records.

• Ensure proper communication between students, faculty, and management.

3. Student Onboarding & Administration

• Handle student onboarding, fee collection, and admission documentation.

• Maintain operational MIS, attendance records, and batch schedules.

4. Student Experience & Support

• Address student queries and ensure a positive student experience.

• Handle student escalations and grievance management by resolving concerns effectively.

5. Academic & Activity Coordination

• Support workshops, examinations, certifications, and other academic activities.

• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth execution of events and sessions.

6. Placement Support

• Assist in placement coordination and support students during placement drives and interviews.

• Maintain records related to student placement activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage students and administrative responsibilities

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline

• Experience in education institutes / training centres will be preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
