Packaging & Quality Control: Oversee product packaging, ensure proper packing materials are used, and prevent damage during transportation.
Dispatch Management: Ensure all customer orders are packed, labelled and dispatched on time across e-commerce platforms.
Team Management: Allocate daily tasks to workers, monitor productivity, manage attendance and ensure timely completion of work.
Inventory Management: Track finished goods, packaging materials and stock availability. Report shortages and discrepancies.
Production Coordination: Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure products are ready for packaging and dispatch as per demand.
Daily Reporting: Maintain records of orders packed, orders dispatched, pending orders, inventory and worker productivity.
Process Improvement: Identify operational issues, reduce packing errors and wastage, and improve overall efficiency.
Ownership & Accountability: Take responsibility for daily operational activities and resolve routine issues independently.
