Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive/Operations &Executive to join our team [ACARE Logistic Pvt Ltd]. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Executive Level: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (2-4 years)exp.

Manager Level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (5-10 years)exp.

Job Description – Operations Executive / Manager

Handling day-to-day logistics operations (inbound/outbound/dispatch).

Preparing invoices, LR, E-way Bills, PODs and maintaining documentation.

Coordinating with branches, hubs, and warehouse teams for timely movement.

Providing shipment updates and resolving operational queries.

Monitoring warehouse discipline, stock, and material handling.

Managing route planning, vehicle scheduling and timely deliveries.

Ensuring safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.

Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sharing with management.

Manager Level: Team handling, client coordination, operations improvement, and business support.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
