Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the office team.
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of daily work.
Monitor open tickets, pending cases, and customer complaints.
Ensure proper updates in CRM, Google Sheets, and other systems.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, and work quality.
Follow up on pending payments, pickups, repairs, and deliveries.
Identify repeated mistakes and ensure corrective action.
Maintain team discipline and coordination.
Prepare and share daily work reports with management.
Ensure accountability and smooth office operations
Job Requirements:
