We are looking for an Attendant to join our team Tum Tum Land to assist customers, provide appropriate details to the customers, help kids inside the playarea, assist customers for queries. The role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities like confidence, discipline and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of 10000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
Provide accurate information on playarea features and services.
Inform customers about discounts, offers & running plans.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Manager.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Intermediate. The responsibility includes achieving excellent communication skills, and familiarity with handling clients.
