Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare and sort source documents before data entry.
Retrieve and review information from files, computer records, and reports.
Correct data entry errors and report any inconsistencies to management.
Generate reports as requested.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data management guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some positions).
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Strong typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
