Job Profile – Office Assistant (Medicine Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack medicines accurately as per prescriptions and instructions.
- Label medicine packets clearly with patient details.
- Maintain medicine stock and report low inventory levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the medicine preparation area.
- Assist in checking medicine expiry dates and stock records.
- Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, and reception staff for smooth patient service.
- Maintain proper records of medicine dispatch and deliveries.
- Follow clinic protocols for medicine handling and patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medicine packing.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
