ASH Industrial Solutions is hiring a dynamic Sales & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations related to quotations, customer follow-ups, invoicing, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at client communication, and familiar with basic accounting practices.

You will be responsible for preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, converting leads to sales, managing invoices, and maintaining records of sales and purchase transactions. This is a full-time role based in Pune, offering a great opportunity to work in the Industrial filters & material handling equipment industry.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and send quotations to clients based on enquiries.

• Follow up with clients for quotation approvals and feedback.

• Actively follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.

• Raise sales invoices and coordinate with customers for payment follow-up.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase invoices.

• Coordinate internally with sales and service teams for smooth order execution.

• Keep records organized and assist in basic accounting and filing tasks.

• Support the admin team in routine office tasks when required.
