We are looking for a responsible Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative work and support smooth office operations. with
Maintain office files, Handle correspondence phone reply to official emails ,prepare reports, documents, and PPT presentations, Support office activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline,2–4 years of experience in office work, Good English Command skills (written and verbal),Good computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and email handling, power point presentation
Preferred
Experience working with NGOs or social sector organizations will be an advantage.
