Position Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day operational processes across departments, tracking workflow, maintaining process documentation, monitoring timelines, and driving process improvements to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency. The role acts as a bridge between Merchandising, Production, QC, Inventory, Dispatch, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily workflow between Merchandising, Production, QC, Inventory, and Dispatch.
Monitor order progress and ensure timely completion as per production schedules.
Create and maintain process trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Follow up with concerned departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company processes.
Prepare and maintain production reports, status updates, and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for smooth execution of customer orders.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/Excel and ensure data accuracy.
Escalate critical issues affecting delivery timelines to management.
Assist in implementing new operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
