Job Description
We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and responsible Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The candidate should be able to handle office coordination, documentation, basic computer work, and communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain files, records, and office documents
Coordinate with different departments and vendors
Manage courier, banking, and document submission work
Assist in data entry and basic MS Excel/Word work
Support management in operational activities
Visit client/vendor locations when required for official work
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Must be punctual, sincere, and presentable
Ability to travel locally for official field work
