Job Summary
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal communication, maintaining records, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and correspondence.
· Maintain and update office records, files, databases, and documentation.
· Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and calendars.
· Monitor office supplies, stationery inventory, and vendor requirements.
· Support HR, Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams with administrative tasks.
· Maintain attendance records and assist with employee documentation.
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers for operational requirements.
· Ensure proper filing, record management, and compliance with company procedures.
· Assist management in preparing MIS reports and operational updates.
· Handle office maintenance, facility management, and general office coordination.
· Handel Field visit
