Assist in the day-to-day administrative activities of the college office.
Carry files, documents, and official correspondence between departments.
Deliver letters, notices, and circulars within the campus.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Support admission, examination, and college event activities.
Arrange meeting rooms and provide refreshments during official meetings.
Receive and guide visitors, parents, and students to the concerned departments.
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper arrangement of furniture and equipment.
Monitor and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
Handle inward and outward courier, mail, and dispatch activities.
Assist with outdoor official work such as bank visits, courier submissions, and government office errands.
Report maintenance issues to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of official documents and information.
Follow office discipline, safety procedures, and management instructions.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Administrative Officer.
