We are looking for a responsible Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations at our manufacturing company’s Noida office. The role includes data entry, preparing invoices and bills, maintaining records, basic accounting entries, coordinating orders, and making calls to customers for order follow-ups and payment reminders. The candidate should be comfortable using Excel and accounting software such as TallyPrime, have basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills. The role requires someone organised, reliable, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities in a small but growing business environment.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing
Basic accounting understanding
Good communication and phone handling skills
1–3 years experience preferred
