Job Summary
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, including attending calls, preparing quotations, responding to customer enquiries, and assisting with general administrative and office activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend and handle incoming and outgoing office calls in a professional manner
• Prepare quotations as per requirements and coordinate for approvals
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update office records, files, and documents
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and customer communications
• Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks
• Support other departments with office-related activities as required
Required Skills & Competencies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to prepare quotations and handle documentation
• Customer handling and follow-up skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional behavior and positive attitude
Language Skills
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
Qualification & Experience
• Minimum qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation (preferred)
