MedX Pharma is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant who will support daily office operations, manage dispatch activities, and handle data entry tasks efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments and maintaining operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle dispatch of goods including packing, documentation, and coordination with transport/logistics.
Maintain proper records of dispatch, invoices, and delivery status.
Perform accurate and timely data entry in company software/systems.
Manage inventory records and assist in stock tracking.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of office records.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Assist in preparing reports related to dispatch and operations.
Handle basic communication with vendors and transporters.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and ensure availability.
Additional Responsibilities (Added Points):
Ensure accuracy in billing and dispatch details to avoid errors.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.
Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support HR/Admin team in basic coordination when required.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Help in improving operational efficiency by suggesting process improvements.
Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace coordination.
Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry tools.
