We are looking for an experienced professional with Operational skills to handle our end-to-end bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. If you know the ins and outs of GeM and can submit error-free bids under tight deadlines, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
· End-to-End Bid Management: Own the entire GeM tendering lifecycle—from initial search and identification of relevant bids to final submission and tracking.
· Bid Preparation & Documentation: Prepare, compile, and upload high-quality Technical & Financial bids. This includes managing all necessary paperwork to ensure 100% compliance with tender eligibility criteria.
· Pricing & BOQ Handling: Take charge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. You will coordinate with the pricing team to ensure our commercial bids are competitive and error-free.
· Execution & Deadlines: Ensure all bids are submitted within strict deadlines. You’ll be responsible for tracking corrigendum, amendments, and real-time bid status to stay ahead of changes.
· Communication & Clarifications: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers; you will respond to queries, upload necessary technical clarifications, and represent the company professionally on the portal.
· Records & Internal Coordination: Maintain organized digital records of all submitted tenders. You will proactively coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Technical, Sales) to gather the required documentation for a winning bid
