We are looking for a dedicated Office / Admin Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day administrative operations at our beverage manufacturing plant. The role requires strong Excel skills, independent communication ability, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
1. Excel-Based Reporting & Data Management
Prepare vendor comparison sheets (cost, quality & delivery timelines)
Update daily/weekly/monthly plant reports
Maintain staff attendance & overtime records
2. Email & Communication Handling
Check and respond to official plant emails
Draft correspondence and letters independently
Coordinate and follow up on important communication
3. Maintenance & Compliance Reports
Compile reports from maintenance teams
Track preventive maintenance schedules
Highlight unresolved issues for Director’s review
4. Daily Administrative Support
Filing and document management (soft copy & hard copy)
Vendor follow-ups for quotations & service status
Scheduling, reminders & general office coordination
Skills & Requirements
Excel proficiency – Must
Strong written & verbal communication
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Email drafting & documentation skills
Prior admin office experience minimum 1 year
