We are looking for a dependable and experienced female Office Assistant / Secretary to support our CEO with administrative, coordination, and basic personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be married, have prior office coordination experience, and possess strong communication and Excel skills. A simple, honest, and responsible personality is essential for this role.
Conduct daily follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and reminders
Make calls, note updates, and ensure proper follow-through
Create and maintain Excel sheets and Word documents
Assist with routine office administrative duties
Provide support in light personal tasks when required
Married woman (preferably with children)
Minimum 3 years of experience in office coordination, admin, or secretarial work
Strong calling and follow-up abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Simple, honest, and dependable personality
Residing within 45 minutes of Sector 5, Noida
Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Stable work history (not frequently changing companies)
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
