We are looking for a smart, confident, and hardworking Office Assistant cum Tele calling Executive to handle office administration and telecalling activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle day-to-day office activities.
Maintain office files, records, and documents.
Prepare quotations, emails, invoices, and reports.
Attend visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff.
Maintain office supplies and stationery.
Assist the management with administrative tasks.
Perform data entry and update records in Excel or other software.
Telecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain the company's services and generate business leads.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, meetings, and payments.
Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
