We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to handle daily administrative and accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records using Tally software.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Create and verify Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices.
Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and invoices.
Ensure accuracy of documentation and proper filing (physical and digital).
Track payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks.
Support accounts and management as required.
Working knowledge of Tally accounting software is an Asset.
Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
0–5 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role (preferred)
