Job Description – CCTV Operator
Position: CCTV Operator
Location: Store Operations
Education Required: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Experience: Fresher to 6 months (Training will be provided)
Role Overview:
The CCTV Operator will monitor store activities through the surveillance system to ensure safety, security, and compliance. The role includes observing staff behaviour, managing incidents, and ensuring all company policies are followed within the store premises.

2. Employee Monitoring & Compliance
3. Incident Handling
4. Technical & Administrative Duties
5. Decision-Making & Coordination
Basic computer knowledge.
Quick learner and sharp observer.
Active, alert, and disciplined.
Good communication skills.
Must be comfortable with long hours of screen monitoring.
