Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Handle office correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation
Maintain office records, files, and databases
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data
Manage vendor coordination and office maintenance
Ensure proper handling of courier, travel, and hospitality arrangements
Assist management with operational and clerical support
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of office management procedures
Time management and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role preferred
Freshers with strong administrative skills may also apply
