Job summary:
Support day-to-day administrative and oparational activities of Coral Print Pack Pvt.Ltd. This role involves handling data management,documentation, coordination with department, and ensuring smooth backend oprations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update compay records documents, and databases
Handle data entry, order processing, and documentation
Prepare invoice, quotations, purchase orders, and reports
Manage emails. internal communication, and Clint follow-ups
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of office procedures
Qualification:
Any Graduate
