MIS Executive

A Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) handles post-sales activities, client communication, and documentation from booking to property handover. They act as the primary liaison between buyers and the company, handling payments, agreements, and grievances while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key skills include, but are not limited to, Client relationship management, negotiation, and CRM software proficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Post-Sales Administration: Manage customer onboarding, prepare allotment letters, builder-buyer agreements, and demand letters.

• Relationship Management:

  Act as the single point of contact for clients, providing project updates, construction progress, and resolving issues.

• Documentation & Legal: Coordinate loan processes, sale registrations, andEnsure compliance with legal formalities.

• Grievance Handling: Resolve customer grievances regarding payments, unit customization, and possession to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
