Salary

RTM MIS Executive
• Up to ₹18,000 per month

MIS Executive
• Up to ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of MIS experience in a BPO environment (Mandatory)
• Prior BPO experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and operational metrics
• Average to good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Monitor real-time operational data and performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting
• Generate dashboards and reports for management review
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support business operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements
