Job Opening – MIS Executive (EV Operations)

Greetings from Whizzy Logistic!

We are hiring an MIS Executive for our EV Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining EV rental calculation reports and payout files.
Verifying previous balances and ensuring accurate updates in upcoming weekly/monthly records.
Coordinating with vendor partners regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance updates, and service invoices.
Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintaining operational and financial data with high accuracy.
Following up with clients and internal departments for pending updates and documentation.
Ensuring timely sharing of reports and operational data through email communication.
Supporting day-to-day MIS reporting and data management activities.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines efficiently.
