Collect, compile, and maintain operational data related to background verification cases (Education, Employment, Address, Criminal, ID, Reference checks, etc.).
Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for management review.
Monitor and track case volumes, Turnaround Time (TAT), closure status, and escalations.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of verification reports on internal systems/portals.
Coordinate with operations and client-servicing teams for data inputs and report requirements.
Generate productivity, quality, and performance analysis reports for team and management decision-making.
Support automation initiatives, improve reporting processes, and maintain master databases.
Handle client-specific reporting requirements and ad-hoc MIS requests.
Assist in audit, compliance, and process documentation related to MIS & reporting
