MIS Executive

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented MIS & Accounts Executive who can handle billing, basic accounts work, and MIS reporting for our vertical. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Excel, billing processes, and accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer invoices/bills

• Maintain daily MIS reports in Excel

• Handle data entry and record maintenance

• Support accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities

• Maintain sales, expense, and billing records

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment updates

• Check and update outstanding payment records

• Prepare reports as required by management

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of records

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

• Basic understanding of billing and accounts

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage daily reports and data

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce/Accounts preferred

• 6 months to 1 year experience in MIS, billing, or accounts

• Freshers with good Excel knowledge can also apply

Preferred Software Knowledge

• MS Excel

• Busy (basic knowledge preferred)
