Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting business data through accurate reports and dashboards. The role supports management by providing timely insights for informed decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Strong Excel skills, reporting expertise, and analytical ability are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Generate dashboards and analytical reports for management review.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various departments.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

• Develop reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, etc.).

• Analyze business data and identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.

• Maintain and update databases and MIS records.

• Support Production and Operations with customized reports.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify information.

• Automate repetitive reports to improve efficiency.

• Prepare presentations and management reports as required.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.

• Assist management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Data validation and reporting

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• ERP knowledge is an added advantage

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in Advanced Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
