Job Title: Operations & MIS Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support daily operational activities and management reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with teams, supervisors, and clients while handling data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate site operations and supervisors through calls, chats, and emails with internal teams

• Handle communication via calls, chats, and emails with internal teams as well as clients

• Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution

• Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports on a regular basis

• Work extensively on MS Excel (data entry, reporting, tracking, and basic analysis)

• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports

• Support operational compliance and follow internal processes and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of operations and reporting processes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in Operations, MIS, or a similar role
