A Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining an organization's data systems, databases, and to verify documents of clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business operations reports and dashboards.
Database Maintenance: Update, maintain, and secure company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Process Automation: Build automated reporting tools and templates using advanced tools to reduce manual data entry.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, anomalies, and improvement areas.
Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with operational teams, sales, finance, and HR to understand reporting needs and provide custom datasets.
Troubleshooting: Resolve queries related to data mismatches, system errors, and software/database access issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power Query)
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases
Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear communication skills to translate complex data into business context
Problem-solving abilities and time management
Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
