The duties includes designing and developing computer systems on time and to specifications, developing strategies, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems, analyzing operations and making suggestions for improvement

 Taking Regular feedbacks from the sales person.

 Making reports of their sales on regular basis

 Assisting with training and onboarding processes.

 Assisting in Hr activities in maintaining the document files and assisting them for interviews .

 Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.

 Maintaining, managing, and updating software.

 Tracking the Sales employees on the field through our online app.

 Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
