Job Description: MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and present large datasets. The candidate should be capable of applying complex formulas accurately, generating insightful reports, and supporting management with data-driven decision-making. An immediate joiner is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel

• Apply and implement formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and related functions accurately

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

• Present data and insights clearly to management and stakeholders

• Support operational and business teams with required MIS data

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation

• Take ownership of reporting tasks and guide junior team members when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel

• Proven experience handling huge/large datasets

• Excellent understanding of Excel formulas and data analysis techniques

• Typing speed above 22 KPM

• Good data presentation and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and ownership

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Management, IT, or related field)

• Relevant experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data/reporting role.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
