Job description:

A Fresher MIS (Management Information System) Executive is an entry-level role responsible for handling data, reports, and performance tracking in a call center.

Even as a fresher (no experience), you mainly work with data and Excel.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Tracking agent performance (calls handled, targets, attendance)

• Maintaining databases in Excel

• Sending reports to managers and team leaders

• Analyzing call center metrics (AHT, SLA, conversion rate)

• Data cleaning and validation

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• Basic formulas (IF, SUM, COUNTIF)

• Basic understanding of call center metrics

• Good typing speed

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• should answer call of client and of marketing team

Qualification

• Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA, etc.)

• Sometimes 12th pass with strong Excel skills

• No experience required (for fresher role)

• Salary (India – Approx.)

• ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month ctc (for freshers)
