Job Title: Senior MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive to manage and maintain accurate reports for the telecalling process. The candidate will be responsible for preparing hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, coordinating with clients, team leaders, and employees, and ensuring smooth data flow and reporting for operational performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports for telecalling operations.

Collect and analyze performance data of telecaller executives (agents).

Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs) to gather operational data and updates.

Coordinate with employees/agents to ensure proper data reporting.

Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding reports and performance updates.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and campaign performance.

Generate Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis.

Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management and clients.

Support operations team with data insights and performance tracking.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work with multiple teams and clients

Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience in MIS Reporting / Operations Reporting preferred

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
