You won’t just be "filling sheets"; you will be building the data foundation of our company. You will work directly with leadership, giving you immense exposure to how a business scales.

Key Responsibilities (Data Analyst KPIs)

• Dashboards & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track real-time business health.

• Advanced Reporting: Automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros is a plus) to minimize manual errors.

• Data Retrieval: Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from databases and ensure data integrity.

• KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (Sales, Operations, or Finance) and highlight trends or anomalies to the management.

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data collection and suggest/implement better ways to capture data.

• Ad-hoc Analysis: Support various departments with "deep-dive" analysis to solve specific business problems.

Required Skills

• Expert in Excel: (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation).

• Power BI: Ability to create DAX queries and visually appealing reports.

• SQL: Basic to Intermediate knowledge (Select, Joins, Group By).

• Growth Mindset: Since we are a startup, you should be comfortable with multitasking and eager to learn new tools.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
